Symptoms
Unable to open Report Designer from OCEEMS GUI client.
Cause
Determined that the report designer properties are changed in 46.3 release of product and after upgrade some changes might not be propagated to target release.
While upgrade, the backup of old release is restored and then release specific changes that are made by us on the conf files are applied.
If we restore a backup manually then these changes are not applied.
Solution
Open the file “reporting.properties” present in “/Tekelec/WebNMS/conf/tekelec” directory.
Check and update the the value of "report.designer.path" as:
“report.designer.path = /jnlp/designer”
