Symptoms

LTO5 drive 1,2,1,1,31(ACSLS drive 0,1,1,10) often reads, header failed in Netvault.

It can mount media but cannot successfully read tape headers.

7060: C2 Uncorrectable Error.

Drive is taking excessive hard R/W errors. Cleaning has not resolved the issue.
