FSE replaced the robot assembly. Upgraded the library firmware to 0300. FSE could access the library and perform diagnostics test, everything worked well. However, the customer couldn't see the library devices on their server. The SL150 library is detected by the Operating system. Rebooted the server, however, issue still persists. SymptomsRobot Z internal error 9131 after installing base chassis. Library is not operational. ChangesNew Installation. CauseDefective robot. Solution1. Replaced the robot assembly. 2. Upgraded the code to 0300. 3. Powered down the library and also server. 4. Powered up the library and server. 5. Checked whether the library is detected on the BIOS. 6. Reconfigured the library on the OS and backup application. In this case, powering DOWN server & library, and then powering UP library , server resolved the issues.
