HP LTO - HP LTO3 4Gb Drive Firmware Patch ID 128634-03 is Missing .frm File
Cause
The HP LTO3 4Gb drive firmware patch ID 128634-03 is missing the .frm file that is needed for the HP LTT tool.
Solution
Have the customer use the .E file with the latest version of our Oracle Tload or WinTload utility if the customer has an Operating System that supports it.
If the customer already has the HP LTT tool then please supply the attached .frm firmware file in the references section of this knowledge doc.
