Library S/N is in ASR; unable to collect logs though.
Unable to ssh into library.

Symptoms

Library IP is inaccessible via SLC.
Connect to server failed or service doesn't exist INC082DV
Unable to ssh into library.

Cause

Solution

Reboot the card cage. (Obtain customer's approval first).
1. Power down the card cage using the 4 white circuit breakers below the cards in the card cage.

2. Wait one minute and re-apply power to the card cage by flipping the white circuit breakers below the cards in the card cage.

3. Wait for both the HBC and the HBT cards to complete their initialization (green LED on the card panel illuminates).
