Symptoms
Cisco Switch had power failure on PS2.

Cause
Possible cause includes unplugged AC power cord, tripped circuit breaker or defective power supply module.
Solution
Open Oracle Service Request and ask for Field Engineer to come on site to check that the AC power cable is seated properly and circuit breaker is not tripped. As a last resort, the Field Engineer will replace the Power Supply Module.
