This SNO dump is a result of a preceding failure during unload of the following cartridge with FSC 5534

Cause

Unload problems on cartridge M00446.

Solution

1. Check the current status on T10K-T2 cartridge M00446 if this cartridge can be loaded and unloaded without any issues

2. Delete the dump from the drive.  This should than eventually clear the status in STA.
  In MD-VOP with CSE version only!!!
  a. The affected drive has an orange LED that indicates that a dump is present on the drive.
  b. Select the "Retrieve" pull down.
  c. Select "Delete Dumps".
