Solution

 Following are the steps to recover the card that shows BERT test failed

  1. Initialize the problematic card.
  2. In case the problem persists, Reseat the card. Please, make sure the related BUS needs to inhibited before performing a reseat.
  3. Replace the card with spare using procedure from Customer Documentation -> Maintenance Guide -> HIPR2 card replacement.
