Tried to power cycle the machine by unplugging power cords, then re-start unit. however did not power on at all.

Symptoms

Library SL150 stopped working.

The unit seems to be hung on booting process.
- Op Panel on the library is black.

- Back of library all LEDS lit active.

Cause

Defective robotic module.

Solution

Replaced the Robot.
