Symptoms

When using TFA collect data on ODA, it may take hours even days to complete the collection which looks like hang.

Cause

Because of bug 25614866 ODA oakd master node will generated huge number of files under /u01/app/grid/oradiag_grid/diag/clients/user_grid/host_XXX directory.

Solution

Clean up the related directory /u01/app/grid/diag/clients/user_grid/host_XXX before run TFA.
