Symptoms

Rail has no power and robots will not initialize on that rail.

All other rails are working.

The last errors in the HBC log are:

2017-08-14T04:36:36.377, 1.2.0.2.0, root, default, SL8500, -1030101, info, 3821, "Servos off"
2017-08-14T04:37:06.408, 1.2.0.1.0, root, default, SL8500, -1030101, info, 3822, "Move and push"

No other errors in logs to indicate a problem.

Cause

Check for a power issue to the rail. In this case, the HBS breaker was flipped.

Solution

Flip the HBS breaker to the "on" position and verify the power LED lights up.
