Symptoms

 The apSysMgmtSAStatusChangeTrap is generated from both active and standby SBC.

Cause

 This apSysMgmtSAStatusChangeTrap is generated when a session agent is declared unreachable or unresponsive for the following reasons:


• signaling timeout (H.323 and SIP)
• session agent does not respond to SIP pings (SIP only)


When session agents are declared unreachable or unresponsive, they are placed out-of-service for a configurable period of time.

You will be able to see the mib package under the management files of that particular software version.

Reason for generation of this trap given in ap-smgmt.mib file:

This trap is sent from both active and standby SBC, when the status of session agent is changed on respective SBC'c.
