Some tapes are missing in the library

Changes

Cause

Tapes were put in inactive cells

Solution

If there are recent changes to the library code and the hardware activation keys have not been applied or not "grand-fathered",
make the appropriate changes. If needed, open a tape hardware support service request and request assistance to verify the
current hardware activation keys and the currently activated cells.

When the hardware activation keys and active cells have been verified, run an ACSLS audit.
