SymptomsVoltage event reported PCA: Switch ES1-24 is logging a lot of errors in the log files on the management nodes. ES1-24 ILOM Event Logs shows: CauseMost likely this is known bug 21673963 where voltage thresholds were to sensitive. SolutionUpgrade the ES1-24 firmware to 1.3.1.13 or higher and if the events persist, provide an ILOM snapshot and open an SR so that a Support Engineer can determine if there is a hardware problem. In the case of a PCA or OVCA Engineered system rack, the entire rack must be upgraded with a version that includes ES1-24 1.3.1.13 or higher release as described in Firmware Upgrade Policy for Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) (Doc ID 1610373.1). Please note that the ES1-24 switches require a manual upgrade with the Firmware that is bundled with the respective PCA package.
