ES1-24 ILOM  Event Logs shows:
Voltage : /SYS/MB/V_1V0 : Upper Non-critical going high : reading 1.03 >= threshold 1.03 Volts
Voltage : /SYS/MB/V_1V0 : Upper Non-critical going low : reading 1.02 <= threshold 1.03 Volts

Cause

Most likely this is known bug 21673963 where voltage thresholds were to sensitive.

Solution

Upgrade the ES1-24 firmware to 1.3.1.13 or higher and if the events persist, provide an ILOM snapshot and open an SR so that a Support Engineer can determine if there is a hardware problem.

In the case of a PCA or OVCA Engineered system rack, the entire rack must be upgraded with a version that includes ES1-24 1.3.1.13 or higher release as described in Firmware Upgrade Policy for Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) (Doc ID 1610373.1). Please note that the ES1-24 switches require a manual upgrade with the Firmware that is bundled with the respective PCA package.
