Cause

From the logs, robot keeps trying to audit the CAP-B top magazine and failing with servo mech track event 5014 address = CAP_Cell(1,2,55,1,1) 

Whereas, other magazines in the CAP are auditing without any issues

Suspecting CAPB magazine could be the issue

Solution

1. Remove the tape cartridges from the CAP magazines.
2. Remove all 3 magazines from CAP and inspect the CAP assembly for any physical damage.
3. Inspect all the 3 magazines for any physical damage.
4. Re-seat the CAP magazines without loading tape cartridges.
5. Close the CAP door with empty magazines.
6. Check the CAP functional status checking that the robot audits the empty slots.
7. If yes, then load tape cartridges only on two bottom magazines and check the CAP status.

The Customer confirmed that after replacing the CAP top magazine, the issue got resolved.
