Symptoms

There is a loss of synchronization between STP and E5MS. An attempt for Resync is failed with following error:

EAGLE modify or update graphics in progress
retry again

Cause

Cause of issue is login attempts during scheduled task.

This issue is explained in the following bug: Bug.24481007: Login to Eagle fails sometimes when daily schedule task runs

Fixed in version 46.5.0.0.0-465.14.0

Solution

Change the scheduled scripts to be run at different intervals i.e. instead of eight graphics update tasks at 00:00, set them to be run at 00:10, 00:20, 00:30, 00:40, 00:50, 01:00, 01:10, 01:20
