Power supplies have been checked, reseated, swapped and re-checked, the symptoms persisted.

The PDB and associated cables have also been checked, and no issues found.

Cause

Issue is likely caused by a problem on one of the power rails on the MB, once PSU issues have been discarded.

Solution

Please verify the power supplies have no issues, the cable and outlet are working as intended and that they have the green power LEDs on.

If no PSU issues found, cause is likely to be the MB. Please open a new service request with Oracle Support to verify.
