After acknowledgement/removal, the alert recurs. ChangesPasswords for the Management switch are not default. CauseThis issue is caused due to having incorrect credentials in EMOC for Cisco Management Switch. NOTE: Cause for incorrect credentials in EMOC might have happened because of manual updates to the credentials with incorrect passwords (or) the passwords on the Cisco Management Switch were updated, but the same were not updated in EMOC level.
Proper credential can be verified by running following scripts on the EMOC vserver: /usr/bin/expect /opt/sun/n1gc/bin/cisco_check_ssh.expect -cred /tmp/creds -host <cisco_ip>
echo $? 3 <===== looking for status of 3 /usr/bin/expect /opt/sun/n1gc/bin/cisco_config_comm.expect -cred /tmp/creds -host <cisco_ip> In above example /tmp/creds file content will be in this format: admin
