Symptoms

SL3000/SLConsole the drive is showing not Communicating.
The customer lost connection between backup software and tape drive.

Cause

Drive BAY 1 not communicating.

Solution

1. Tried the reboot of the drive and the still occurring.

2. Re-plugged all connectors in the Drive Tray and solved the problem.
