Robot 1,4,0,1,0 is offline and Elevator 1,0,14,2,0 is offline

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot properly use the robot and elevator.

Robot errors reported on SPLAT:

5036 "Mechanism must be initialized prior to accepting a motion command"
5051 "A low voltage condition has been detected on the servo motor power"

Elevator errors reported on SPLAT:

"Failure from elevator Code: 701 - Move failed - Device inoperative", Data=<response sequence="21" final="true"><command>initialize</command><result identifier="1"><resultStatus><resultSeverity>error</resultSeverity><resultCode>7012</resultCode><resultText><!|CDATA|Bad init range for vaderb: actual=14 mils, expected=56869 +/- 600

7012 "The range of motion on initialization is not within specification

Cause

Found elevator and cap assembly offline along with multiple robots down.

Checked Elevator assembly and found right elevator motor is seized.

Solution

 Replace elevator motor.
