Symptoms

Customer having problems trying to transfer encryption keys to a remote partner.

  Error Message:  Export Keys Failed.  Data Unit has no exportable Keys.

Changes

No new changes in their configuration.

Cause

The customer did not have any Key Groups configured in the "Allowed Key Group" in the  "Key Group Assignment to Transfer Partners"   screen in their OKM GUI - Left Menu.
 
Configuration issue,  no key groups assigned to be allowed for transfer.

Solution

Once the customer moved their key group  to the "Allowed Key Group" panel in the "Key Group Assignment to Transfer Partners", the customer was then able to transfer their keys
