Created from <SR 3-15092098281> Applies to:MiniCluster S7-2 Hardware - Version All Versions and laterOracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) Symptoms1. SSH failed to connected when try to create a database instance MCMU_debug.log under /var/opt/oracle.minicluster/logs shows error ERROR [MCMU.controllers.common.pexpect_util:347] SSH login to <zone_name_1> failed. Please check your login credential and try again.
2. SSH failed to connect when trying to start CRS/VMs: MCMU log under /var/opt/oracle.minicluster/logs/MCMU.log shows error ERROR [MCMU.controllers.common.pexpect_util:364] SSH login to <IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx> failed. Please check your system log for more info.
CauseThe oracle user password was changed in the OS command line running "passwd", that causes a mismatch with oracle password stored in the MCMU database
SolutionThe password change must be done using MCMU BUI tool instead of "passwd" command 1. Logon in the MCMU BUI tool https://<frist_node_name>/MCMU/ 2. Change oracle user password Database ---> Virtual Machine Group Profile ----> Edit -----> <Change the oracle user password> ----> Save 3. Create the database instance again
