FSC 3324 "Audit cannot complete due to hardware failure com.stortek.ats.elib.server.common.LcException: Cap unlocked", startAddress=1,3,55,1,1 endAddress=1,3,55,1,13
Changes
Cause
The audit of the CAP results in FSC 3324 when tapes are ejecting to the CAP at that time.
Solution
If an eject was occurring at the time of this FSC, then no action is needed. Once the eject completes then the audit will be able to complete without error.
