Cause

T10000A/B - FSC 6146 SNO - This may be a result of certain set of tapes bringing out this SNO condition. Identify the tapes and remove them from service.

2017-05-02 10:47:25 Default: A drive fatal error (SNO) has occurred. These SNO (Should Not Occur) errors will cause the drive to stop communicating with the host and automatically force a drive dump. The drive will come back online after it IPLs. This action will cause the current tape job to terminate. Engage an L2 Tape Domain engineer to investigate and open a bug as this drive is running on current microcode.
