Gripper range of motion out of specification
1) Update firmware to the latest revision.
2) Remove all magazines and look for any kind of obstruction or loose cartridges.
3) Run the Wellness Test.
4) If these actions do not prevent the same error from reoccurring, contact support.
Critical 0x97 Robotic Failure
Sled reached a position beyond the expected range
1) Update firmware to the latest revision.
2) Remove all magazines and look for any kind of obstruction or loose cartridges.
3) Run the Wellness Test.
4) If these actions do not prevent the same error from reoccurring, contact support
If after checking for obstructions or loose cartridges, run the wellness test on the SL48. If it fails, replace the chassis.
