Information in this document applies to any platform.

Due to customer secure site,support was unable to retrieve any SL150 logs. This is a new issue and for any future issues recommend collecting the SL150 log bundle before replacing robot.

Symptoms

Firmware upgrade 2.25 to 2.60 fails

SL150 issue:
1. Would not update from 2.25. Customer initially tried direct update from 2.25 to 2.60. During load the web bui would disappear/crash.
2. SL150 would reboot and f/w version stayed at 2.25.
3. They tried different hosts and different browsers with same results. Web bui window would disappear/crash and SL150 would reboot to original fw 2.25.
4. No errors seen.

Cause

Problem inside robot controller logic.

Solution

FSE ended up replacing the SL150 robot. After replacement robot completed its initialization he was then able to successfully upgrade the SL150 f/w from 2.25 to 2.60
