Solution 2260477.1 : SL48 - Invalid Cartridge Errors On SL48

Cleaned all four drives with a new cleaning tape but it didn't seem to make a difference.
The label seems to be okay and they are using HP media.
Stated they will get the invalid cartridge and then it will load on to the drive and work find.
This has been going on for a couple of weeks. There are no critical errors showing up.
