Symptoms200 GB ( part number 7082308 ) and 400 GB ( part number 7082314 ) SSD with firmware 3701 or 3702 suffering from the following errors: Sep 23 03:11:37 <domain> scsi: [ID 107833 kern.warning] WARNING: /pci@8000/pci@4/pci@0/pci@0/scsi@0 (mpt_sas0): This issue does not affect any other SSD's nor other firmware versions. CauseThe root cause of this issue is an SSD firmware bug that causes the SSD to become unresponsive to the host, resulting in the "Disconnected command timeout". SolutionThis issue is fixed with the 3703 firmware. The new firmware can be located in the following patches: Please consult the README for installation instructions.
