SymptomsAfter joining an OKM Cluster a KMA may intermittently go unresponsive as reported by the KMA List in the OKM GUI. The ILOM Web Interface may also be inaccessible. A hard power-cycle may temporarily clear the condition, and the network interfaces will be pingable. CauseAdding new KMA into the network infrastructure. SolutionThe network switch ports were not configured correctly for auto-negotiate. Ensure the Ethernet switch ports have the correct configuration.
