Symptoms

The My Oracle Support Systems ... Assets user interface displays 'ASR Qualified' for some Engineered System product components that are not actually qualfied for ASR.
These products include:

Engineered Systems racks
Storage shelf components
Disk enclosures
SUNDC switches
others
