Symptoms

Time to time the SDS Network Operations, Administration & Maintenance (NOAM) server is raising 14152 alarm (Import Transfer Failed).

Changes

Cause

The "Import Transfer Failed" alarm is caused by intermittent connectivity issues between the SDS NOAM and the customer import/export server.

In the provimport process logs from Active SDS NOAM, the following entries have been identified:
