Symptoms
When MPs (Message Processors) are configured as Active/Standby pair and a multihomed SCTP connection is edited, nothing is displayed on Alternate Local IP field.
Once click "ok" without changing anything the "Alternate Local IP Address" field vanishes.
Cause
Bug# 25835810 - GUI issue at edit connection screen with Multihome sctp connection.
Solution
As a work around use Bulk Import Export (BIE) to update the multihomed SCTP connection.
Permanent fix for Bug# 25835810 is in DSR 8.1
