Solution 2253850.1 : After Synchronization Update Changes On IMF Shows Error Message "Application Server Process Error : Association with Eagle Id xx not found!"

Symptoms

Two error messages are displayed:

Application Server Process Error : Association with Eagle Id xx not found!
Link Error : [EJB:013073]finder/ejbSelect 'findBySubsystemIdEagleId' has returned more than one value. We were expecting only ONE value. See EJB Spec 10.5.6.1, 10.5.7.1.

Changes

Some configuration changes were made on Eagle side.

Cause

Duplicate association definition prevent Application Server Process to be created/updated.

Root cause of Link Error is Application Server Process Error, thus error 1 must be resolve and will solve 2.

Solution

Go in NSP CCM, Network Element, IP, Association, IMF.

Find association which match eagle id from error.

It is also possible to sort on "Removed" field. Association with a value in Removed field must be removed from system for IMF synchronise process to work properly.
