Solution

376A Perm Errors. While reading, old data was detected that requires error recovery to get over. 376A is an informational error code. It indicates that the job read past the End Of Data marker and is now in old data.

This is possible if the host job reads past the End Of Data marker and then keeps issuing read commands. The customer should check with their application vendor to understand why this is occurring. This error code may be normal depending on the application.
