The MASP 1113 issued several times the trouble oamhc_init.c.
Should this card be replaced ?

Cause

The troubles are due to the regular UIMs 1120 :

=> According to the source code, the trouble "oamhc_init.c" is caused by the UIM 1120

Solution

The MASP 1113 does not have to be replaced. The idea is to reduce the UIMs 1120 by making the network more stable.
