Solution

Informed the customer to perform the following action plan :

Analyzed the logs and observed that a T10000B tape drive has detected an expired cleaning cartridge, the drive has reported a cleaning request. however, because of the expired cleaning cartridge the drive was not cleaned. Hence, reported that the tape drive is DOWN.

1. I request you to replace the cleaning cartridge with new
2. Perform drive cleaning operations.
3. Perform test backup and update the service request.

The customer confirmed that they have performed the action, and have ejected the cartridges and loaded new. Issues are resolved
