Symptoms

When installing the OKM plug-in for OEM the Test Connection function failed with error:

Test Connection failed: [ookm_TEST_METRIC;em_error=No java security providers configured on Management Agent: TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA]

Installing the OKM Plug-in for Oracle Enterprise Manager

Cause

There is a prerequisite for java on the management agent to have unlimited strength encryption installed.
OKM machines use AES256 encryption. This encryption suite is not installed with java by default.
