Symptoms

Eagle [46.0 - 46.4] UAM 034, when configuring static route table

Card database inconsistent alarm when ENT-IP-RTE command is executed for 1201 card location

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. ent-ip-rte:loc=1201:dest=xx.xx.xx.xx:submask=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:gtwy=xx

Cause

The issue is related to Bug 25616426 and only location 1201 is impacted.

The problem is encountered on the systems which are gone through R44.0 to R46.0 upgrade path

Solution

1) Reboot the card
2) For TAC only: CoE can be contacted to implement the work-around using the debug commands for permanent fix
