Symptoms

There is an error "Unable to connect host - X.X.X.X (Bad password, Please contact system administrator) while discovering new IMF servers:

 Error message

Changes

IMF servers have been migrated from TEKIII to HP Gen9.

Cause

The IMF servers were installed using NSP frontend IP in the bulkconfig instead of the backend IP address.

Customer firewall are blocking some ports required for the discovery

Solution

Follow the PIC maintenance guide chapter 6.3 Acquisition subsystem IP Change Procedure.
