Tape library having issue with the tape load/remove; Robot is not automatically moving the tapes in/out

Solution
Check if there are any obstructions on the robotic path, if so fix it
Remove the robot assembly and visually inspect for any physical damage / misaligned
Knowledge Doc : sl150 - How to Remove/Replace the Robot CRU in a StorageTek sl150 Modular Tape Library [VCAP](Doc ID 1473774.1)
Re-seat the robot assembly back to the library and check whether the robot initializes / move the tape cartridges.
Replace the robot assembly if issues still persists.
