The read code was not making any progress while reading from tape.

Solution

If cartridge TV2310 can be read on different drive(s), than suggest to replace this drive.
Drive DMOD Serial Number:  572004005922

Please see if the same tape (TV2310) is failing to read on multiple drives.
If it is, then this tape may need to be sent in for Data Recovery if customer requires data from this cartridge which he can not access from anywhere else!!!
