Symptoms

Customer reported alarm 31284 appearing intermittently on HLR Router.

Alarm appears and clears within few minutes

Cause

This is a warning and can be due to transient conditions
 
 

Solution

Since this is a intermittent alarm so No action required: This is a warning and can be due to transient conditions. The remote subscriber will move to another server in the cluster.
Alarm auto clears within 300 Seconds.
