Customer is running Veeam 9.5 Windows OS is 2012 R2 SymptomsSemaphore Timeout during backups CauseIssue with HBA drivers on media server. The actual driver the customer used to resolve this issue was not reported by the customer. Previously had customer try re-installing drive 2.5.0.0 as recommended per KB SL150 - Is There a Driver for the SL150 for the Veeam Backup Solution on Windows 2008 R2? (Doc ID 1581250.1). Also had customer match the time between the SL150 library and media server per KB SSH client gets error: The Semaphore Timeout Period Has Expired. (Doc ID 2051162.1). Neither resolved the issue.
