Symptoms

After re-imaged X4-2 ODA to 2.1.2.9.0 using the 2 zip files p12978712_121290_Linux-x86-64_[1|2]of2.zip, the output of command "oakcli show version -detail" shows some components are not up-to-date.

Changes

upgrade to 12.1.2.9.0

Cause

This is expected after a re-image as re-image do not touch firmware

Solution

download the upgrade package to run upgrade -server.Please download the Patch 25064836 and follow README

oakcli update -patch --server -local (on both nodes)
oakcli update -patch --storage

Reimage will not touch ilom bios firmware, above package is used to upgrade them.
