Symptoms

SLConsole Screen Status May Display Amber Triangle Even after Problem is Resolved

The last status indication in the lower right corner of the SLConsole operator screen may continue to display an amber or red icon after an issue is resolved.

Cause

Firmware issue

Solution

If the tree is all green, there are no outstanding alerts and the internal networks are all up, then simply logging off and back on to the panel will likely clear the old status.
