Symptoms
Several messages 3345 on both drives of Expansion Modulo 2.

Changes
Upgrade of the two Expansion Module and more 3 x HP LTO6 HH FC.
Cause
The problem was caused after installation of more two Expansion Module.
Solution
Replaced the Expansion Module.
