Symptoms
Application software failing to start after upgrade
Cause
The logs show that the elapdev does not have access to EuiDB. Further investigation showed that the EuiDB database was not present.
The application will not run without the EuiDB and access to it.
Solution
Issue resolved by :
- Copy EuiDB directory from mate
- Copy mysql user table from mate
- Grant privileges for EuiDB
- Flush privileges
- Manually reset ReplicationStart software
