Cause

There is an issue during the ftp protocol exchanges for transferring to the E5-EMS

The pass command ftptest works well so the IP network is fine. The issue is at the SSH protocol layer. it may come from an equipment in-between.

Solution

The workaround is to switch the MASP activity to get out of this situation.
