On : EAGLE 46.0 version, Eagle 5 - STP (Production)

Eagle Software Upgrade Failed in Phase 0 when executing the convertstp command.

Target Release: 46.3.0.0.2-68.28.0

Cause

The STP showed following configuration for the measurements

collect=ON (rtrv-feat)
measplat=OFF (rtrv-feat)
platformenable = OFF (rtrv-measopts)
oamhcmeas = OFF (rtrv-measopts)

Solution

Rollback out of Upgrade Phase 0 and disable measurement collection.

chg-meas:collect=off
