CauseThe process "inetmerge", that allows to exchange information with ProDiag shows no connection for both servers IMF-1A and IMF-1B from the WL1 box. The command "inetmstat" displays the state of inetmerge shows the following result for both IMF servers: nodeId InetMerge State dir dSeq dTime updTime info
IMF-1A DownConnecting From 0 0.00 07:25:28 IMF-1B DownConnecting From 0 0.00 07:25:28 By checking on both IMF servers, the process "inetmerge" does not run. SolutionConnect on both IMF servers and as cfguser, start the process inetmerge with the command: pm.set on inetmerge
Then, check the status from WL1, as cfguser: inetmstat
Expected output: IMF-1A Active From 0 0.00 04:19:38
IMF-1B Active From 0 0.00 04:19:38 Then, verify whether there are data displayed on ProDiag for these equipment.
